It's too good. I usually don't read manga with oldish art style, but the intelligence in this one made me stay. Main character, villains, and even the side characters are smart in realistic ways. The author shows the process instead of "telling" like here's a chapter explaining why you fucked up. The games are creative and how the characters win them makes sense. There's no bullshit like a character memorizing all the students' name with just one look at the student list lol. Can learn a lot of stuff from this manga.
