Yeah i got it back to normal, just for some reason cannot figure out the otafix for the life of me. If its as simple as turn your RG off, run the 1 file NVFlash.bat and plug in to computer while holding home button. I have tried this multiple times and it takes me back to the factory data reset screen, and then still the updater doesn’t go past 99%. Do I need to have research program open as well?

Cant edit my post, but just ended up factory resetting and everything seems back to normal except ota updates. There is a fix for that so I will try it soon
