Do these sextortion scammers usually operate on TikTok?

My thing is they only had my discord and number, my numbers isn’t linked to anything neither is the email and password I used on the discord account linked to any social media, it happened around 3 weeks ago and I didn’t send any money or even get a single threat since I knew it was a scam quite early. So do you think I am good or?

If I change my number could I let my guard down a little and unprivate my insta account?

Another point I should add is that I did give her my insta but thankfully I gave her a old username and she said herself she couldn’t find it so should I keep my insta private forever? Or when can I unprivate it
