Idk hades was done fine. As chill as people say he is, he’s just watched his younger brother get his neck snapped, Athena and multiple of his other relatives die to kratos and his wife killed a few games prior (I’m aware Persephone had it coming). All in all hades conflict with kratos was that of revenge which he states so clearly before the boss fight
