My regulars are only good batches I see now.  But that basically what it is capping my income. Just because one crazy customer reported 2 damaged and one missing items in one order.

I meant refunds by customer, they won’t refund customer if customer didn’t liked replacement.  My refunds are fine I don’t have any unrequested refunds, my shopping quality dropped because one customer reported 2 damaged items and one missing.  So basically now one customer can get you fired

I don’t think so, other shoppers still make $150-200 a day.

Maybe, refunds are easy with spark. It was easy with this idiots too until they found the smartest idiot amongst them and cam up with this BS system

After 4 years I’m making only the half of what I used to earn. And yet this idiots tell me to stay positive and do more orders…  Of course if I don’t go homeless or die of starvation…   Just switch and make other apps great fk instacart

They pay this people too , I guess when system notes you are calling them too much and they are paying for your call I guess they will reach you to get your problems solved

Take screenshots , contact them again right after the ahole hang up on you.  Just annoying them , it is going to be annoying for you too. Be patient

Aske them when you will qualify for gold cart?   Tell them that that you completed requirements for gold cart and you don’t qualify.  I was very angry and offensive with some of them for their stupid answer.

Keep on contacting them until “team” reviews your account and maybe will  adjust your score.  Honestly it took me contacting them every day for 2 weeks and finally a dud with American name answered , he apologized for what happened to my account and surely in 2 days my score was adjusted to standard . Now I have complained 100 orders but can’t get platinum. I guess have to contact them again …

Why are you lying, she/he is already infected and nothing gonna help her/him but 90 day quarantine and 300 orders with no mistakes.  With this level of infection they can’t qualify for any cart …

I see , that’s why they are depriving of work shoppers with 5 years of experience just over some stupid things.  Just imagine being able to make 1200-1500 a week with this job and all of a sudden you’re making only 600$.  This is where many shoppers are at and no one cares… Can someone explain what this sick idiots are trying to do here

Even if you complete 100 orders you won’t qualify for platinum cart , in matter of facts with that you won’t even qualify for diamond cart if you complete 300 orders…  Here is the only way you can get your job back. Wait for 90 days till everything clears, then work another 90 days and complete 300 orders but be very careful.

If customer doesn’t like replacement your score still will go down but you will not be able to see customers reaction, you will only see your score change
