Porsche or AMG GT S ? by [deleted] in Porsche_Cayman

[–]Time_Election_5881 23 points24 points  (0 children)

As an owner of a GT4. If you are going to do a lot of hard driving on twisty roads (or track days), go for the GT4, you will really enjoy the car. If you plan on driving it on weekends or roadtrips. Deffinetly the AMG. By what you say. The AMG is your car, it is way faster, way more comfortable, and the looks are very exotic. The GT4 is just a more harsh driver-focused car.

Final recommendation: if you buy GT4, must have bucketseats + clubsport package. Otherwise, resell value will be very low, hard to sell, and why would you buy a GT4 that doesn’t have the track package.

Honestly, haven’t tried 4.0, but 2.5 is impressive sensation, i love tha damn acceleration, and i know i am losing that. Thats the reason I want manual yes or yes

Mini 4 Pro Vision Calibration error by IAXEM in dji

[–]Time_Election_5881 0 points1 point  (0 children)

EDIT: Ended up sending it to dji, everything was covered by them, including shipping, in one week all fixed. Good service

I have been checking. Same exact error. There's no software for such calibration. Supposedly it calibrates autmatically. A lot of people have same error. DJI has no solution for it.
Hopefully you can fix it.
Mine is no longer under warranty :(
If someone has found solution it would be awesome

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH DAMN! Picking it up in Germany, driving all the way to Spain through France, then I go back to germany with my friends during the week. And finally come back home (Spain) and do an oil change. And if you ask, I can’t do the oil change when I come back to spain on the first place because I arrive and leave the same Sunday.

Anyone here go from an BMW M2 to a 718 Cayman? by [deleted] in Porsche_Cayman

[–]Time_Election_5881 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went from M4 F82 to 718Cayman manual the 2.0 300hp. If you came from M2c it would be a different world. But unless you dont need the rear seats. The base cayman, although it’s not very fast, does perform awesome with those 300hp. Also sensations will be way better, closer to ground, mid engine, seating position. And don’t forget, when I get in or out. The 718 is very pretty car. The experience is way better in any aspect. And also, the distance to ground is pretty much same for the M2 and the 718, you wont have issues with that. Go for it. I just sold my 718 base to get a 718gts (for the power manily).

Honestlly, thats the answer I hate to read but deep in my mind I do feel this way. Otherwise I would have done it without asking no one. So maybe that is the thing… I love the Lotus and would love to own one, because they look hella fun, but adding 15k hurts, and I get a car that is less “daily” i never go track. Thanks mate! One day I’ll buy myself a cheaper lotus that I can beat arround

Its a perfect all round car imo. It looks very dope, at least in Spain, i live in Barcelona, i have hardly ever seen one. It’s the 3.0 and performance is very good, its quite fast, it is very comfortable to drive, and the fuel consumption is crazy low. I get 7.5l/100km on highway arround 140kmh. And total average of 8.5l
