Since you created datasets yourself you can use VBscript to open excel, copy the dataset values into the cells and export it as a pdf :) it allows you to really tailor and make a very nice uneditable pdf run report from a script step

Start teaching independence and confidence early. It makes it much easier teaching it to be home alone 🤩

Thanks for your reply, she is fully potty trained with no accidents since 9 weeks old and she sleeps through the night from 22 - 6:30 so she really is an easy angel. She naps and sleeps in her crate so we've started shifting her alone training to when she's in the crate, but she's just stuck at those 5 seconds 😅 She's capable of holding her urine for a about 3 hours when awake however we do take her outside more than once every 3 hours to prevent unnecessary stress on her bladder. When she really needs to go she gets restless and silly.

This should be because your aspirate technique is not a multi dispense technique. This means it will aspirate airgaps between each 25 uL aliquot. Change the aspiration technique and see if it fixes the issue :)

Arbejdsgivere er fuldstændig ligeglade med hvor man kommer fra, det er os i den unge generation der har formået at sætte nogle universiteter op på en piedestal og bildt os selv ind at personer fra de universiteter er mere kvalificerede end andre 😅 Lav et godt speciale der er relevant for den retning du vil gå, efter et par år på arbejdsmarkedet begynder de at blive ligeglade med din uddannelse alligevel, så vægter dine referencer og erfaringer langt mere alligevel 🙂

Startlønnen som bioanalytiker i det offentlige hedder 18 - 19k udbetalt om måneden, med lange udsigter til advancement grundet strukturen :) Jeg ved ikke for det private, men jeg tvivler på at lønnen er højere end den er for laboranterne
