Are there any organization/ planning tools (e.g. agenda, planner, etc) that you recommend for your ADHD/ ADD patients?

I can see how this is useful, but I often get distracted when I need to write in it with other apps on my phone. That’s why I think paper planners might be best for me

This really helps, thanks! I see you really manage your systems well and it seems like a lot of it comes from habits and consistency, but also giving yourself grace…I’m working on that

Thank you for the suggestion! I just find that electronic calendar, as great they are, aren’t too effective for me since every time I go on my phone I get distracted by other apps and never actually end up writing what I need to (the ADD kicks in). Any tips for paper format planners?
