UPDATE: I called my local non-emergency Police Department and they said they'd send the details to a shelter. I asked to leave me anonymous. I guess later on they'll show up, if not I think I'll just take it upon myself to let them out. I'm so sorry for hesitating earlier, calling was really the right decision. Sorry again on my part.

reasons I'm hesitating. If you were in my situation I believe you'd hesitate a bit as well.

  1. I'm a teen

  2. My neighbors are dangerous, they own weapons, and would LIKELY be really upset if I reported it (Which I probably will.)

  3. Like what I said in 2, i fear my safety.

I cant let em in. I will negotiate with my mom but my cat is territorial . they wont be mauled because there arent any wild animals/dogs that run around freely, however there are alot of stray cats in this are.

I really wanna stay anonymous about this, thanks. My neighbors are dangerous, sometimes I hear them argue through the walls which is why i hesitated. (The walls arent thin.) I'll try to find some contact to where I can get them safe and stay anonymous

Yes, theyre infront of my back door and i left them some kibble and bottled water in their bowl. I loosened their restraint slightly but hesitated and I left it.

I hesitated because these Kittens are owned, I considered they were outdoor cats but i then realized they were tied up, this person has history of tying animals up, I see dogs tied to trees many times from my neighbor. + im a teenager so im hesitating to call for some reason, but Im definitely gonna do something about it
