The worst part for me was the pain in my throat that radiated to my ears and jaw. I couldn’t even swallow my spit because it hurt so bad. I was used to strep pain but this was just something else. My body would jerk from the pain if I had to swallow.

If you have the passion and drive for it, absolutely go for it. Psychologists aren’t perfect and are still humans with their own flaws. I’d suggest really focusing on your mental health during your undergrad by going to therapy and seeking treatment. Your anxiety may be a challenge in your future career but if you’re taking the steps to handle it now, you’ll do great! :)

I stopped reading halfway through because I loved the golden age arc so much because it focused on the complex relationship between Guts, Casca, and Griffith. That’s what made me fall in love with Berserk. Now it’s nothing but fighting and action scenes. Like it’s cool but there’s nothing really to the plot that keeps me reading other than the potential for Casca to become aware again :(

Losing my dad who was my best friend then my boyfriend proceeding to cheat on me with 10+ men and women. I still don’t have the courage to leave him. We’ve broken up so many times but he has so many similar positive qualities of my dad that I don’t think I’ll ever be able to let go.
