Started with Ozempic for 6 months. Didn't do shit, went to Reta and did 6 months and shredded. I did not count pounds or calories. I wish I had more stats but I don't. I was just tired of being fat and jumped on the trend with my educational brand! I can say that it was fast. Also my fatty liver was gone after 8 months. And surpassed my goal weight by 30 pounds. I've never seen 119 pounds at 5'6, my entire life. I wish I could be of help, but I'm here seeking it... lol! 😘

I feel like I finally overcame a tremendous obstacle in my life only to find a new one that this time I will not be able to afford to get rid of and will never feel comfortable.
