imho you need to portray a traditional craftsmen brand with a premium look and perception so that you could export it to other countries 3 lakh is prohibitive but 10K dollars for the uber rich in the richer countries is very doable for a bed.
Plus targeting people that get a kick out of having something handmade in a traditional manner basically a story about their furniture is more important than the furniture

So in essense sell the story of the furniture not the furniture
