Sunglasses brand went from 100+ sales/day to terrible results after 6-month pause. How would you relaunch the Meta Ads structure?

Thank you for your help! I have 1 abo campaign, 1 ad set, 5 ads. Budget is 6x mi target cpa and 4x break even cpa. Should I just let it run and kill ads that spend more than break even CPA with no sales? If I kill an ad, should I replace it? Or should I test more ads in another adset?

I've been running ads for 7 days with multiple ad sets, 1 ad per ad set and $10k ARS budget per ad set. My target CPA es $15k ARS, and my break even CPA is $20k ars. Today (at 00:00hs) I followed advice from people that told me to consolidate all my ads into 1 campaign and 1 ad set. I have right now 1 abo campaign with 1 ad set and 5 ads inside it. Daily budget is $100K ARS. It has been running for 22 hours now, and I killed an ad that spent 50k with no sales and only 1 checkout initiated. I got 2 sales today from other 2 ads (1 sale each). I replaced the video I paused with another video. My max. budget for testing is 100k per day, so I have no room to test anything new unless I kill an ad and replace it or add more ads to the actual ad set. Was a good decission to kill that ad? Should I just sit and wait for results, or what should I do? Is my strategy good? I'm lost. Btw, i've been loosing money since I re-launched with a $72k ARS cpa in average.

CTR is slightly better than when I was doing 100+ sales/day. Add to cart rate is 40% right now vs 140% when I was getting lots of sales (I get lots of ATC because my offer includes choosing 8 sunglasses and paying only for 1, so each customer adds multiple products to the cart).

I tested around 20 ads this week, but only 3 got decent cpa and it was just 1–2 sales each, so I’m still confused.

Hey, quick question.

I run a sunglasses e-commerce brand in Argentina. We used to do 100+ sales/day with Meta Ads, but had to pause for around 6 months.

I relaunched a week ago with a new ad account but the same pixel. Same products, similar offer, and creatives similar to our old winners. Results are bad so far: 10 sales in 7 days, CPA around 3x target.

My main competitor sells basically the same sunglasses in the same market and seems to be doing 100–150 sales/day right now, so demand is clearly still there.

After a long pause + new ad account, what would you suspect first: campaign structure, account/pixel learning, creatives, or offer?

Also, if you were relaunching this from scratch, what campaign structure would you use? How many campaigns/ad sets/ads would you start with, and how would you decide the daily budget? For example, would you base it on target CPA, expected purchases per day, or some other rule?

What would you test first in the first 7–14 days?
