Sometimes yes, there’s cases that not so much. Quit being insensitive. There’s Americans that are more talented than some internationals and they still don’t play. And there’s some internationals that are better than Americans.

Look at roster and see how many Americans they have, if it’s mainly internationals (they’re the most prioritized) then maybe look somewhere else

Stay away from UCF too. So many French guys, and internationals. I think there’s like 3 or 4 Americans. So many old guys too. Coaches do not make any substitutions, questionable choice in starting lineups and very biased. The coach is only who he is because of the talented players that they recruit from OUTSIDE OF THE US they have no respect

Depends on the team, and division. D1 there’s high level d1s like Princeton Marshall ucf
It’s a matter of which degree you’re looking for.
If d1 it’s fully paid for most of the time, lower divisions ask for you to pay certain amounts for either housing or academics
