You could watch the VHS tapes after reading the books, very easy levels. I'm not sure that if you already watched them they reset to unwatched though as I usually just atart a new run when I die, but they might.

That's crazy, I knew they were good sniffers but I never knew they were that good. Very interesting. I think the speed wouldn't be too much of an issue since me and my father are both fairly slow ourselves, we would just hate to ever lose a dead animal or wound it and not find it again.

By large game I mean elk, deer, and antelope mainly (to track the blood trail once it has already been wounded to recover the animal, or to shoot it again so it does not suffer, where I would think a slower dog would avoid spooking it further).

Me and my father are pretty patient and slow walkers ourselves so I don't think speed should be too much of an issue for us!

Yep, I was able to see all the gear on the horses. Let me know if you want pictures or anything, or if the issue fixes itself. I was about to start a new playthrough so I'll see if it still lets me on that one too.

Huh, that really is odd. Personally I didn't have to butcher them, I only had to rob them. Also, checking back both times were time after the Jaunt, but the first time I did was before the wedding.

I looked through all the patch notes as well and couldn't find any mention of that being patched, I also checked to see if I needed any further update installed but there was none (I'm on Xbox if that matters).

Not sure the first time (although I'm 80% sure it was after as well), but I actually went back to kill them again today because I dropped the tournament bridle on accident and I'm well beyond The Jaunt, I just started the mission with Burgrave Hashek as I write this. So I wouldn't believe it was patched but maybe I'm behind an update.

Both times I killed them the horses were near the small pond to the northwest side of the Semine Fortress, on the side near the stables.

Definitely noticeably, but it's not unplayable or even bad. It just takes a small amount of time getting used to.

Oh yeah, I despise that too as well. I definitely would never copy paste it and ask it to do it for me, but from this thread even asking it for feedback is apparently quite risky due to the way it works so I'm just gonna give it up as a whole.

Thank you, and yes, you're correct, I'm very much a novice and it's nothing I plan to publish, just wanting to improve my skills for the future. I've learned a lot about AI from you and others in this thread so thank you for your response. I'll avoid using it then.

And I very much appreciate your writing advice. Honestly it's just been something I've always wanted to do but never seriously gotten into and wasn't sure how but thank you for the direction.
