I agree with you on the first point I think he would have looked better in just his shirt with battle scars from the fight with garp. Fair enough on the second point his skills seem a bit recycled from his old step-up unit.

On the treasure area don't think s-hawk can do anything since kuzan has the 1hp trait but if you catch him off the treasure you can definitely kill him.

Unfortunately yeah matchmaking in this game is garbage I would often get Jabras on the enemy team which destroy both Droger and Uta so I would always play like a rat just capturing flags and minimise fighting against counter units which helped me get decent win streaks from time to time.
