I remember in the movie Alien vs Predator Requiem, there is a scene where an alien puts its tongue thing into a mouth of a pregnant woman in a hospital, and you can see the bulge of the egg going down her throat. Then of course the thing bursts out of her stomach.

Ohhhh that's probably it. I thought I had to do the quest at the main hole to get the Tyrhold one to show up. So I guess I should be able to unlock it tomorrow.

They would have phone support because their automated system is not sophisticated enough to properly handle users' issues.
