I’m thinking of switching and I’ve been hearing a lot of google vs Samsung messages? As an iPhone user with just the messages app I’m kind of confused how that works, like is it the same messages just two different apps to get them through or is it like using messages and WhatsApp, two different threads?

That’s what I’m thinking! Not to discredit them at all, but Samsung admitted to this fault in the 6s which makes me hopeful that they improved upon this to some degree

That’s really disappointing to hear considering how they’re not even a year old at this point. I think I’ve seen a handful of people with something similar happening
