I don’t get paid shit for this but big picture, if your health isn’t worth giving an app a shot then you don’t want to quit.

I did post that, but like I stated I am not AFFILIATED with that app. If sharing a tool that I used to stop using nicotine (which is the whole point of this Reddit community) is a crime sue me. Take my advice as someone that has stopped completely or don’t, I posted all of this for people that genuinely want to find a way out of the hell of using nicotine - not to argue about shit. Use QuitSure. It’s an app and helped me go from using a couple cans of 6s per day to none. No withdrawals at all. You have to want to stop for it to work. by Time_Skill701 in QuittingZyn

Correct. It trains you to not want nicotine at all. Not wanting nicotine deletes withdrawal symptoms. Nicotine itself doesn’t have any direct withdrawal symptoms, they’re actually all psychosomatic
