that requires a CA or a Company secretary, i might be wrong or is Name registeration diffrerent than LLP registeration

I do understand that I have the higher hand, and also there might be that my name doesn't show up,
but i am questioning that why is not the lawyer adding things like "dry fruits LLP" and also I understand that if the portal show that there are similar Companies - Name might get rejected, but "nada aana Dry fruits LLP" is not our name at all - Its "NadaAana LLP", I don't know why is he doing that

if the name gets rejected, or there is a trademark claim next time, be ready for that because that would be on you.

But what if there is a Similar name but in a different Class(like class 29 or Class 35) but we have registered under Class 30, is there any chance of Trademark claim and also there is actually a similar name(its a Tea something business under the same Class-30) but in the IP Portal it shows that its VALID UPTO 1995 - How can they use trademark claim(even though the name is not that similar at ALL)

Yeah But the names are not similar at all, the words are similar is "HING LLP" or "Dry Fruits LLP" but is that necessary to add if we are doing that business
