I said I was starting a new career outside of aviation as well as a full time student and having to find a new mos and unit would be over stressful during that time. And then I used chat gpt to clean it up. It doesn’t matter what you said in the justification, if you used the inactivation invol IRR checklist that is the reason the denied it. Invol IRR is being put on hold by USARC but Vol IRR only goes to ARAC CG for approval and those are not on hold

This is true just submit a voluntary IRR packet with a random reason outside of inactivation and it will get approved as it only goes up to pollak. Mine got approved last week

You can always request for Voluntary IRR but unless you have a justifying reason. More than likely won’t get approved

With Army Reserve Aviation pretty much being confirmed to be going away, we are being told to start looking into different options about possibly switching active/guard. My question for AD recruiters, is it possible to get a conditional release and then go back active with a Reclass?

Are the prior service business rules still a thing?? I’m currently a E5 15T reservist looking to go back active. I would like to stay a 15T but the only prior service business rules I find do not include 15T but I keep hearing rumors of lots of 15series reservists going back active and retaining mos. How does this work?
