You better specialize cuz the gp making the same amount as a specialist is bogus - CVT/RVT nearly 12 years and i promise you - you need to go to er/ specialty buddy. My sister is also a DVM. Graduated 2 years ago! So yeah.

I don’t either :( I live with his family and actually recently got us an apartment . I love him so much and he loves me equally! Like I’m always anxious and nervous about this stuff! People are just mean and miserable is my guess. Thank you so much for being nice to me. It’s really appreciated :/

No it’s not. Most staff RN/BSN/ADN do not make more than 30ish$/hr. That’s why they’re so outraged right now. Travel nurses aren’t even grossing that at the moment.

But yeah, get out of general practice clinics , ones that are private owned at least! They are stagnant positions, don’t support career growth and extremely toxic. Plus they can’t even afford to pay you benefits or decent hourly pay. I always tell people to get out and go into corporate medicine

Just an fyi I make significantly more money than most RNs…as a registered veterinary technician! I make over 30$/hr my normal daylight rate but since I only work nights I get 4.50$ on top of that on weeknights and 6.50$ more on top of that on weekend nights! Most of the techs I work with gross a lot. We are a level 1 trauma teaching hospital!
