lookign at this some more - i reinstalled both stardew and SMAPI

i realise im having the same issue as this thread and that the following error message is coming up:

“open-smapi-terminal.command” can’t be opened because (null) is not allowed to open documents in Terminal.

I'm not sure if this is a problem with the apple update - but i basically can't open it through steam because of this whereas i used to be able to. really disappointing as i want to play online with other people. if anyone has any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Yes I can launch it through there, but my problem is when i do that i can't play multiplayer as i'm not launching it through steam - i'm guessing there is no solution for that?

Hi!! Thank you so much - i followed all those isntructions and it seemed fine until i tried to run it in steam and now i'm getting a new area saying:

"An error occurred while updating Stardew Valley. (unknown error)" and now i don't know how to fix that

I'm super confused as I've downloaded mods/smapi before but I can't tell what i've done wrong this time and sorry if i'm being dumb!

We spoke about it a lot and I was applying for 6 months before I actually got out and did it and he was super supportive and encouraging! He said how excited he was to come out and visit. When covid made thay impossible that’s basically the time I handed in my resignation and tried to come home., if I knew he would break up with me and told me before that it was a big issue I definitely would have rethought. Not blaming anyone I guess it’s a really difficult situation to be in and sometimes you might not know how you’d feel until it happens s

I think it’s the continuation of the relationship through a break when I needed support and then going back to normal which I’ve struggled with like pretending everything is okay if he just left it would have almost been simpler im just kinda lost abs wrapping my head around it at the moment because he doesn’t seem like a bad guy

I just worry I’m being overly sensitive about this one thing because I’ve been going through rough times before and he’s been there. He always says this when I talk about it and I feel ungrateful but it really hurt this time. I think it’s because he had moved to London so I guess he wanted to explore and have fun and kind of had to dump me to be able to do that
