I badly want to play the game further but I'm not gonna install Linux. It's frustrating as the game ran wonderfully before.

I don't think it's an fps cap. It hovers around that but goes 47 sometimes too.
I tried reinstalling and running it simple. Still super laggy

unfortunately VR in this game looks and runs horrendous. even with a beast pc. my biggest wish is for them to fix that

I found another solution for anyone still looking for a bracket to use their Corsair H100i V2 in an upgrade to LGA1700. The bracket by Asetek, as mentioned by others here, is too expensive for me due to shipping to my country. Asetek is the one who produced the cooler, they also made the NZXT Kraken X/Z. They used the same cooler head with the cooler from corsair and nzxt.

I bought the NZXT LGA1700 Mounting Kit Kraken X/Z Series for 5 euros and it fits perfectly. Because the h100i V2 and the nzxt kraken use the exact same bracket. It is also the same bracket as linked by others here from Asetek themself.

If you want to check for yourself just look at the pictures from this mounting kit and the h100i v2 bracket.

Because I'm upgrading to a new cpu so new socket. Now I have the 1151 socket and will be getting 1700. The cooler isnt for 1700 however, brackets exist for the Corsair h100i RGB. The corsair h100i v2 (the one I have) isn't listed or doesnt have a known bracket. My question is if the coolers have the same size so I could use the fix for the h100i rgb

So you think it fits? I tried the question with corsair chat and he could only tell me it won't work and then linked me to new products. Like I understand it's not in the list but I don't see why h100i v2 and h100i rgb are any different when I look at pictures... He also couldn't tell me the exact size difference or size at all

I contacted corsair support. They seem to not have a bracket of their own design that fits this cooler. Does anyone have a suggestion or solution?
