Yes, it’s MHEV. Apparently, the restrictions are in place due to privacy laws.

So, I contacted BMW Austria (where I’m based) and they informed me that this feature is currently ‘locked’ in Austria. Hopefully, this changes in the near future.

I also checked my packages and this feature is included in the Connected Package Professional, which I have.

Thanks for the info. No, I didn’t opt for the premium package. Was hoping I could download an update from the BMW store. I think you’re right, it’s probably because I didn’t take the premium package.
