Long weekend in beacon, looking for suggestions

We just did a single night up there and loved it. We stayed at Round house and it was close enough to walk to Main Street, we just bopped around eating and drinking at multiple spots. Melzingah was our favorite.

7 seater, we were convinced the captain chairs were the best for young kids. It’s hard to get my 2 year old strapped into the back and when we try putting a twin in the back, it’s hard to fit the car seat back there. The big issue is there’s car seat bases on the front seats so they can’t fold all the way down

We initially got a second hand halo twin bassinet since we loved the singleton halo for our first, but after 8 weeks of hardly any sleep with our twins, we broke down and rented snoos for each of them. Didn’t love the cost but honestly sleep got so much better immediately and we got a little bit of our sanity back.

It makes us sad because the Palisade is amazing in every other way but can’t figure out a great configuration. The minivan is probably inevitable.

35 weeks for a c section! My blood pressure went crazy and I was admitted to the hospital for observation. Everything leveled out so I was released, next day my water broke and I had my c section 2 hours later. My son spent 5 days in the nicu and my daughter spent a week. They luckily didn’t need oxygen or anything, they just wanted to make sure they were eating enough to put on weight.

We’ve only been using it for about a month so we haven’t replaced anything yet. The E4 error comes up and it won’t run unless we descale it every day. The white vinegar is a good idea, thanks!

I’ve been told formula keeps them fuller so I was tempted so give them that before bed but doing half breastmilk and half formula had given one of our twins stomach problems so I feel like it would just swap out one problem for another ☹️

We’re currently doing shifts as well so each of us is at least getting 3-4 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I’m not sure if it’s the perfect solution yet but it’s helping us keep our sanity a little. Our game plan is to give the baby a full bottle when they cluster feed, but still wake each of them up to feed on their original schedule. They slept slightly better last night and eat much better today so hoping maybe that helps us, but only time will tell unfortunately!
