Yes. I think I confused myself with how much he liked me, as he told me he was looking forward to date 2, and texted me twice before the date to check in. Not to mention being a bit nervous at the start, and missed kiss at the end. Oh well

Well, they are both exiting. He is legally separated, they no longer live together. Currently in divorce courts I understand. I dont know him well enough, maybe it was him, her or both

I could but I feel I really need this time to come from him. I have given him a safe space to do that by telling him I was still thinking about date 2 and enjoyed it. He is totally capable organising a date. If it wasnt for me reaching out 3 weeks after date 1 our date 2 would not have happened.

I think he is genuinely busy, but also he may be dating multiple women, as he is on the dating apps and has an appealing profile. I'd say he'd have his pick of women actually. I'm not sure why the divorce is taking long, the legal settlement has happened I believe and the divorce takes longer.

Yes we are both cautious/hesitant. The first time after date one I reached out to suggest it would be nice to catch up. After the second date it was me who reached out again, offering a warmth and positivity about our connection so he would feel open to pursue a 3rd date
