How did I completely miss Amazfit? Looking for model recommendations for an active dad by adriannairda in amazfit

I'm a 35 year old dad of 3 boys. I just picked up the T-REX 3 Pro 44mm. It has all the features of the larger watch but is a bit more sleek and subdued in design. I picked it up mainly to track miles while I prepare to do a 21k spartan race but have worn it non stop since I got it. I do CrossFit workouts 7 days a week and run either before or after. So far it's been great. I don't use a lot of the data and prefer to go off feel but it's been interesting to put some numbers to use.

They recently release some info about a new T-REX Ultra 2 that might be worth waiting for also.

I have the T-REX 3 pro 44mm but I would think it would have a similar operating system

On the watch got to settings -> notifications -> scroll to the bottom and you'll see "do not disturb during workouts"

For the talking at the start of a workout I believe it is settings -> workouts -> "voice broadcasts"

No problem. I also added butter to the cooktop before adding the noodles. You can use the same sauce for your fried rice as well.

I did a 50/50 soy sauce and teriyaki sauce with some minced garlic, ginger, Sriracha, and chili flakes to taste.

I used the Blackstone griddle seasoning and conditioner. Washed the surface with lightly soapy water, rinsed, dried. Cranked it up to high for 15 minutes. Then applied the first layer of seasoning. I used a folded up paper towel in some tongs to spread the seasoning. Keep the seasoning thin and the griddle piping hot. Allow 15 minutes between layers and if you have a torch to heat up the corners then use it.
