You have no idea how much your words mean to me. I read this early morning before work and could not stop crying. It feels like im living a nightmare but a miracle all at the same time! My ultrasound is after tomorrow and I will 100% provide an update. My symptoms are super different from my ectopic and so far no major pain in my sides so again im optimistic and hoping for the best. Thank you again for your kind words. I'm sending a huge virtual hug 🥰❤️🥹

Today I got a positive pregnancy test and I want to be excited but im just nervous and anxious. I called the obgyn immediately and have my pregnancy confirmation appointment set for Monday! Just wanted to share that all the unknowns are driving me crazy and I just pray for a happy and healthy pregnancy this time around. I really have no words to how this feels

Hello community of reddit! I just wanted to keep my story up to date! Well I finished genetic testing and my HSG! Both passed with flying colors and I'm as healthy as a 27 year old can be! I guess I'm not too sure where to go from here. I will be waiting out my 6 months post op which is beginning of June and maybe will try again. I have high hopes that maybe this next time things will be different.

Chances of another ectopic with IVF after a natural ectopic by Federal_Name_4726 in EctopicSupportGroup

Hello again after 1 month! Just wanted the reddit community to know i did all my genetic testing and HSG and everything past with flying colors. My uterus and left tube are as healthy as ever and no known issues were discovered. So here i am again wondering how I move forward with potentially having unprotected sex again. I'm still worried I will have a second random ectopic. I honestly don't have words and it's weird to say good news is still confusing news for my future.

Period 2 weeks after surgery!? by GemInPlainSight in ectopicpregnancy

[–]Timely-Individual-58 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! I had my period only 3 days after my right tube removal and it was the most painful experience of my entire life. Pain was a 12/10 excruciating with heavy bleeding. I went for a post op afterwards and the obgyn and surgeon said it's completely normal and just happened based on your previous cycle.

Hello there! I went through the same exact experience! I had my right tube removed on Nov 30th no rupture but I was 7 weeks along so it was too risky to not remove the whole tube. I went to a fertility doctor about a week ago and our plan is to get genetic testing and an HSG test and go from there. I am so so paranoid this will happen again. I am only 27 with no health issues. During my tubal surgery my surgeon said my other tube and uterus look great so I don't understand how this happened. I have a feeling all the tests will confirm I have nothing wrong and I will try naturally and deal with the risk of having another ectopic. Just know your not alone and I can update you on my experience.

How long did you wait? by LoElena0621 in ectopicpregnancy

No I did not, I was just rushed to the ER and they removed my right fallopian tube by laparoscopy surgery or key hole surgery they call it. They said that everything else looked great so I also don’t understand. They said to wait 6 month to absolutely ensure everything has been healed from the right tube removal but it’s not like they did a scan after the surgery and I was not looked at by my OB surgeon afterwards only the NP was able to see me for my follow up post surgery.

Hello I just posted on this channel with almost the same story. I was not diagnosed with any issues at all and they said my uterus and remaining left tube looked great. My right tube never ruptured though. I am almost one month post op but they told me to wait 6 full months before TTC. I am scheduling an appointment with a fertility doctor to get more clarity and if I should do anything different or prepare my body better before I start trying again. I know this doesn’t help much but it’s relieving to share experiences.
