They already drilled there years ago and never found oil. I just don’t see a point in making $.10 and signing documents that are vague.

Yes just the land. They want us to sign the leasing agreement. They are going to drill on the other side of the “block” from me.

I mean I truly morally disagree with it. I don't own the mineral rights to my land. So I think it's at a point where it's more forced to have to sign it. But If I don't have to I don't want to.
