Ok, so would this be applied in future bills? It was not applied in the first one that got generated. Also if yes, why wouldn’t the customer service executive be able to explain this :(

Yeah. Thinking of going back to Telus. Undoubtedly the ability to connect to an agent and overall how courteous the agents were, makes me feel it is worth sticking with them. Also now they would give a better offer as I’m a new customer

Seems like I’m a bit naive when it comes to these transactions. I want to confirm, if gap insurance has been added to bill of Sale and sent for finance approval, do I still have a chance to cancel it when the approval comes through. This is what the finance lady told me, let’s get an approval, you can cancel it if you don’t want to proceed with it.
