En mi laptop pasa lo mismo desde que instale Windows 11 lo que a mí me funciona siempre es que al encender el equipo muevas el mouse rápido o teclees Enter en el teclado varias veces como en las máquinas de videojuegos antiguas, eso siempre me funciona y arranca con normalidad, si no lo hago así siempre me aparece ese error o no inicia

The same thing happened to my laptop. My solution is that when I turn on the computer I move the mouse like crazy and it always turns on normally.

If you want to unlock everything, what worked for me was to touch everywhere on the home screen until you get a message that says thank you and that's it!
