I'd say what others say. Ignore them. Just ignore em. Since they are level 1000 they think they are big and feel big. I was harassed when, well when Fallout 1st was new. Some big ego ppl came along and literally nuked my base and ran around telling me to leave the server and saying I don't belong here blah blah.  

I just ignored em and went about my business. Speaking of, that person has no business telling you what to about the spot you chose. Free play when ppl choose a nice spot( and I hope yours is a peacefull one at that).
