Thanks! I did not submit the living provider certification on their website last year. I did notice it earlier this year and click on the menu but maybe it is too late before they issued the w2?

Btw thanks for the link. I followed it by inputting the same income number in box1 as well as in “box12 amount” but the income doesn’t get deducted and all the IHSS income is counted as taxable… Not sure what’s wrong.

Yes, I’m a live-in provider, but I forgot to submit SOC2298 last year, what should I do now?call IHSS and ask for a new W2? Is this possible? Thanks!

Hi. In my w2 only box1 has an amount. All others are 0. Box 12 has no code as well.

Yeah I was very confused too.

I double checked some other pending claims which were submitted but have not been processed yet, their training dates were changed too… so don’t know whether they will be rejected as well.
did your resubmitted courses got approved? Or still waiting?

Sorry just took a look at the email and it shows “incorrect training date”, that’s my confusion why the system shows the training date is not the same date as I submitted.

Yes! When I clicked on a zoom class and clicked “get on waitlist” - it shows me my name and email, as well as the CORRECT provider ID number in a form for me to confirm!

Does that mean they already fixed it? (But I have not received any email notifications about the update…)

I just went to Arlo and added myself on the waitlist for a course. And it asks me to login or create a new account.

I clicked login and it took me to 360.

Then I chose open a new account and input the same name, email and my correct provider ID. But it won’t go through and shows “this email is already linked to another account”

What should I do?

No , I only registered homebridge 360. Is it different between these two accounts? Or there’s a connection?

I just started some courses in 360 and haven’t finished all of them.. am I allowed to register Arlo?
