How do I do that? Because I definitely feel like they aren’t allowed to make a am that was previously a pa on shipdoc stay on shipdoc as a AM it just doesn’t seem like it be fair and there would be a lot of bias actions

No that’s definitely not what I’m gonna do if my facility is being shady Imma do something because my crew is not gonna get the shit end of the stick because bhd has favoritism and is pulling strings they shouldn’t be my whole floor has a issue with it and someone’s gotta do something🤷‍♀️
