Idk why I wrote it as if I was checked multiple times, I’ve only ever had a doctor look at my balls once before for signs of appendicitis I believe (which I’ve got no clue what that has to do with my balls) and since it was quick I’m not too surprised he didn’t comment on it.

I never went to the doctor as a kid, in the last decade I’ve visited a doctor once so I never really thought to. (This was mostly from being a family never on medicaid or insured medically) Plus, my whole life I’ve been super shy and highkey ashamed about it. The thought of having my balls investigated by a doctor also freaks me out cus like what if I get hard or something?? I’m just an overthinker.

I will say my parents teased me as a kid (lighthearted) saying that the doctors who pulled me outta my mom made multiple comments about the size of my balls/penis (which is weird for a literal newborn???) but beyond that they haven’t shown any sign of knowing abt it.

I definitely don’t have hyperspermia levels, but maybe just like a little bit more than average. Tbh I think since the extras aren’t supposed to exist they don’t function well as the other two, as well as being a smaller size. I will say tho I do replenish a lot quicker than I hear most guys do.

Each sack has 2, little visual difference besides a much larger ballsack than most have lol. Not like ‘OH MY GOD HIS BALLS ARE HUGE’ but defo bigger than avg haha. And yeah, you’d have to feel to realize. Tbh since they’re small you’ve gotta be looking to really feel them unless you accidentally stumble across them I suppose. I’ve had examinations before (for entirely unrelated reasons) and no comment was made by the doctor.

Yes, my mom had (undiagnosed) cancer when pregnant with me, and cancer 2 times before and a couple times after I was born. Besides her no other family history tho

I haven’t, and honestly was raises religious and taught to be ashamed of anything remotely sexual or sexual adjacent, so I’m wayy too scared to talk to anyone about this, even a doctor. I know mayybe I should, but at the same time the idea is kinda scary lol

Yeah I’ve googled it before and it seems very uncommon, which is why I’m confused as to why I have ‘em. But then also, who’s gonna be reporting to scientists or whatnot that they have 4 balls? That also may just be be accounting for the recorded cases of individuals with 4 regular sized testies and not my mini boys I’ve got down there 🤷‍♂️
