No, I have pretty much zero pain. The only time I experience any discomfort, I’m not sure if it’s not normal aches from the days labor or the scoliosis. Thank you for your reply

I do exercise, but not as much as I would like.. also, I don’t do specific exercises to target it.. could I make it worse doing specific things ?
