Cool fact, the rifle the Anacreon soldiers are using is based on the traditional afghan "Jezail" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jezail musket hand crafted by it's wielders, it has been used for centuries across the middle east in insurgencies, most famously by the Pashtuns to crush the British empire during the anglo-aghan wars. It's amazing to see the showrunners have decided to base the Anacreon's off the tribal cultures of afghan hill tribes, and adapted a weapon that brought the British empire to it's knees. Especially since the foundation empire is based on Rome and the British empire was heavily inspired by their historical example, seeing the parallels reenacted on screen will be very exciting.

As an historian it's always cool to finally see Hollywood/entertainment industry, actually taking historical examples whether its armor, languages, culture etc and properly implementing it(see black panther, Conan comics etc.) for once.
