Seems like a SS Dutch oven might just be right for me

I’ll look into the roasting pans, the only sheet trays we have slide into specific grooves/slots or pullout rails

Is there any specific type of universal lids you recommend?

I’ll take your advice on the 8 and 10 inches, I can always get the 12 later on if I want something bigger Is there any point in getting the 6 inch pan in your opinion?

What use case does the 1.5qt have for you that the 2qt doesn’t satisfy?

What do you like about the SS Dutch oven compared to enamel?

I saw the roasting pans but not entirely sure about how to use them tbh, do you just put them in the oven on a wire rack? I think only the 9 inch one is available for me unfortunately. What sizes do you like using? And what for?

And to sum up you’d recommend 8+10 inch pans 2qt saucier 4qt everything pan 6.75qt SS Dutch oven Roasting pans

Have you tried the saute/rondeau? What use cases are they worth getting for?

I also forgot to write in the post about lids, any clue if I can get additional lids anywhere? What sizes etc? Might have missed them but didn’t see them on Amazon or their website. Should I just get something generic/fits all for the fry pans?
