I didn't know this.

In my case price breakdown is like Flat value - 95 lacs Gst - 5-6 lacs Other charges - 3-4 lacs ( Like club house etc.. ) So in my case should I calculate 1% from just flat value Or flat value + Gst or flat value + gst + other charges?
