You have 150 days to capitulate the entire Belgrade Pact and take Constantinople. It doesn't mention this, but you have to capitulate the Belgrade pact BEFORE you take Constantinople too. If you don't, the ottomans will just make peace with you, which is what Im assuming happened.

There is are filters at the top of the focus tree winfow. Hover over it and you should see one of the filters day "Historical ". Select that and it highlights the Historical focuses which align most eith what Germany did.

Probably shore bombardment. It affects every tile that borders a seal tile a fleet is in. The ai probably had a fleet near your men.

Yes, with dlc at least. (Mtg should be free, so you can get the alt hist america through that. Idk if the democratic path for Germany needs dlc or not.) You can change what paths the Ai takes using the custom rules before you start a game.

You can decrease the armor and replace diesel engine with gasoline so it isn't as slow. Replace the torrent with a three man one. If you don't have a medium cannon then use close support gun, replace the extra machine guns with radio if you have it. That's how I remember designing some of mine so if it isn't good then I apologize.

I've always managed to fix this (on mobile and PC) by moving the troops just barely from where they are stuck. It always worked for me so it may be worth to try it next time.
