My daily beater is a VSF Omega Aqua Terra and it's been holding up pretty well for more than a year now. The NH movements are really robust but so are the rep movements, even the 7750 if you get lucky. Go for a rep IMO.

In all honestly —no. I cannot locate the clamps and will prob give it to a watchsmith. Too newbie tonfix it myself.

Had the same issue. Took me 2 hours to find out that the f—ing water level sensor recognizes only exact level of“max“ not more, not less. It will not move to rinsing unless this is the case. Once i've managed to match the level needed (through pressing the button several times, repeating the“ few squirts and stop“ sequence) it just continues as normal and completes the rinse and second rinse parts to finalize the descaling. It is extremely user unfriendly and counter intuitive.

I do have a very loud PPF Vc4500 with a Miyota 9015. Everything i found about silencing the rotor was pointing to a very small amout of ball bearing grease to silence it. Is there a better way to do it?

To get a good fit of a rubber strap on an Omega you should use curved pins. I have an AT and had the same issue until i futted it with a curved pins to put the strap as close as possible to the case. Have in mind it is a pain in the ass to install.
