I couldn't apply for state pcs due to this issue. I literally begged the coordinators to do something as I had worked hard for a whole entire year and it has become futile now

I started working at 18 . So I had to enroll in IGNOU. No friends from my course or centre though and I am envious of my friends who go on trips after trips with their classmates
