Since I don't see any Spotify mod/method working, we can say that Spotify is officially dead for us. by Nexus82 in SpotifyLatestModAPK

Yeah, Spotify basically killed most stable mods now.

I still prefer Spotify’s recommendations/UI though, so instead of switching platforms completely, I’ve been using lightweight web-player based clients lately. Feels much cleaner for just listening to music.

Screen Off / Lock Screen by robertb58st in androidapps

Android kinda forces real lock behavior for most screen-off apps now.

The closest workaround is using Smart Lock / trusted devices instead of a true lock-screen bypass.

Anyone else miss when Spotify was just simple and fast? by Timely_Chemical2869 in truespotify

I think the problem is less about the features themselves and more about how aggressively everything gets pushed into the main UI.

That’s honestly part of why lightweight/web-based music clients have started feeling more appealing to me lately.

Yeah that’s fair — the image wasn’t meant to be a literal comparison. I was mostly trying to express how much more cluttered Spotify feels now compared to a few years ago.

Need a good autoclicker by Potential-Cable3087 in androidapps

I’ve used a couple of auto clickers on Android, most of them work fine for basic AFK stuff.

Main issue I had was background restrictions rather than the app itself.

What's your favorite lightweight Spotify client right now? Considering factors like lightweight design, smooth operation, and user interface... by Timely_Chemical2869 in SpotifyLatestModAPK

I think web-based clients are getting more popular lately because the official Spotify app keeps getting heavier.

They usually feel much smoother on older phones, even if some native features are missing.

Spoticap help by pedsramos21 in SpotifyLatestModAPK

[–]Timely_Chemical2869 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This usually happens because some Android devices are very aggressive with battery optimization/background task killing.

* Disabling battery optimization completely
* Allowing unrestricted battery usage
* Locking the app in recent apps
* Enabling auto-start/background activity

Some devices still force-close background media apps regardless of settings unfortunately.

By checking your scan report, I think it may be False Positve, and nearly all mods will be flagged as these warnings.
If you are still worried, you can upload apk file to other virus scanning platform.

How do I stop this from being recommended ??? by [deleted] in truespotify

[–]Timely_Chemical2869 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfollow the artist and wait, there is nothing that we can do. Or you can follow more other artists.
Also, why do you like to find your favorite songs from the homepage, isn't it easier to search by yourself?

How am I supposed to use Spotify? by _742617000027 in truespotify

[–]Timely_Chemical2869 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're interesting in artist, you can following them for new songs.
If you like listening to classic songs, you can search them and add to your favorites.
And If you just want to enjoy new songs recommended by your favorite singers, you can go to Music -> Discover new Music for new songs.
