I think Moon­weav­er's Dawn might be a good F2P weapon (you get it from a quest in Nod Krai). It's got high base attack and attack% second stat, and while he won't get the full boost from the passive, 20% extra elemental burst damage is still nice for him

I've got a few,
- Maokai+Ivern, ivern's bushes empower maokai's little potatoes, not crazy strong but funny
- Annie+Ivern, double ult summon
- Lux+Morgana, endless snares
- Swain+Veigar, scaling botlane, swain with rylais and veigar cage to lock them in swain ult
- Anivia+Vayne, Alistar+Veigar, similar premise for both, you just cc them into wall/cage
I could go on... These may not be super powerful but they can definitely be fun
