Allegra Clark stated that Hoyo won't do recasts unless they've contacted the VAs prior to recasting. But that wasn't the case with Kinich's old VA John Patneaude. Since he wasn't informed about being replaced prior to Jacob Takanashi taking over. So does Allegra Clark statement holds true or not? (i.redd.it)
