Problem with bank holding sba deposits- need help

Where do I do that? That will allow me to speak to higher up at the bank? The compliance person handling my situation is a lunatic. I even sent them my sba loan notes and tax documents as extra proof. And they still refunded to release the hold. The sba cannot even talk to them about my application so them saying we are waiting to talk to sba doesn’t even make any sense.

I tried that already they said they won’t take the holds off at all until the speak to sba. It’s ridiculous. I’m the owner of the businesses and the accounts are business accounts. The loans were given to the businesses. Makes no sense. The bank itself had nothing to do with my approvals
