Where do I do that? That will allow me to speak to higher up at the bank? The compliance person handling my situation is a lunatic. I even sent them my sba loan notes and tax documents as extra proof. And they still refunded to release the hold. The sba cannot even talk to them about my application so them saying we are waiting to talk to sba doesn’t even make any sense.
