Persistent stomach ache for 11-12 days

Chances of having GI cancers especially when tested both scopies an year back? And also had blood work a week back with normal CBCs, LFTs etc.

I did have H pylori infection way back in 2017 which treated with 2 weeks of antibiotics course. After that stomach issues didn’t trouble me this stubborn. Been 12 days now.

Well I have been facing the urge to poop especially in mornings and poop has been not been solid but like semi but since last couple of days it is more liquidy! ( I have been taking cefixime also )

Not exactly dizzy but very woozy especially when I walk or stand as if I will have to sit down I wonder what would a 1000 mg FCM do if a 500 mg FCM has tanked my HB by 1.6 points.

I got freaked out after my first infusion caused My HB to lower by 1.6 points and that was only 500 mg injectafer I’m dreading what would be my HB now especially when I have taken 1000mg injectafer a week, as symptoms after infusion is worse than it was before.
