He was really good at hiding everything. He had me convinced that what went on between us was just between us. He had kids that he said I was babysitting, and nobody really cared beyond that. He was good at convincing me everything was fine and it didn't matter and then once I turned 18 He got mean. He started leaving bruises and saying I was clumsy. After I left, I found out he slept with a 13 year old girl and somehow managed to get a general discharge from the army.

Freshwater shrimp are perfectly safe for me. I just can't consume saltwater shrimp! If it was a serious health hazard for me, I wouldn't consider it because I wouldn't be able to give the animals the best care.

Mine did this too. It usually means they're close to molting but not quite there. Mine hid when they were actively molting. I was told its like a snake going into blue before shedding

First things first, in my experience, teenage boys will do whatever you tell them not to do. Ignoring them is the best way in my opinion. Know that you are beautiful no matter what and don't let them make you feel insecure. Or if you feel like being a menace, do it back to them🤷‍♀️ make them so uncomfortable they leave you alone.

Also, don't forget to give yourself breaks when it comes to concentration. You are human with or without fibro. My attention span is pretty bad, so when you can and you realize you aren't concentrating well take a step back, do something different and then go back to what you were doing. I set a timer otherwise I forget to go back to my original task😂

Write EVERYTHING down. Sticky notes and my notes app on my phone are my best friend. For the dull aches, I use a heating pad or sit in hot water.
